- Maximum noise level: 50 decibels (normal conversation). Speakers must not be audible outside the property
- No parties or events without prior authorization
- Maximum 16 registered guests
- Pets allowed on leash/harness — no loose or unattended pets in the apartment. Always pick up waste
- No food on beach loungers, beaches or resort stones — eat in apartments, bohío huts or restaurants
- Do not reserve beach chairs/umbrellas with personal items — equal access for all guests
- Keep terrace doors closed due to strong ocean breezes to prevent damage
- Park only in assigned parking spaces (fines apply)
- Appropriate attire: wear cover-ups in restaurant, lobbies and Club House
- Follow resort and building norms at all times
- Please review checkout instructions before departure
Checkout Instructions
- When leaving, pull the digital lock handle UPWARD to engage the extra lock — this secures the door beyond the auto-lock
- Empty all trash cans (kitchen, bathrooms, terraces) and leave them clean
- Leave the air conditioning on at 25 °C in dehumidification mode — protects the apartment from tropical humidity and Caribbean salt air
- Place all wet towels, swimwear and beach items on the laundry room floor or in the shower — never on beds, sofas or furniture
- Wash and leave all dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils clean — or load and start the dishwasher before leaving
- Clean the gas grill if used and close the lid
- Clear the fridge of perishable food; leave sealed non-perishables in the pantry
- Turn off all lights, fans, TV and speakers — the air conditioning must remain on
- Close and LOCK all balcony and terrace doors in every room — check each bedroom, living room, and any room with outdoor access. Ocean breeze and rain can cause damage
- Close all windows securely
- If you brought a pet: check balconies, terraces and common areas for any waste; use the lint roller in the hallway closet to remove pet hair from sofas or beds

From Panama City: take the Panama-Colón Highway (1.5 hours). We'll send you detailed directions with the resort access PIN and Google Maps waypoints via WhatsApp before arrival. Free parking is available inside the resort.
Cancellation Policy
