Are Punta Paitilla and Obarrio the same neighborhood?
No. Paitilla is the bayfront coast; Obarrio is the inland financial district (MOVA, SOHO Mall), 5–10 minutes apart by car. Many “waterfront” photos are from Paitilla, not Obarrio.
What to do in Panama City in 2–3 days?
