Days 1-3: Caribbean Coast (Playa Escondida)
Day 1: Arrive at Tocumen Airport, transfer to Playa Escondida (1.5 h). Settle in and spend the afternoon on the Caribbean beach. Day 2: Portobelo excursion — UNESCO fortifications, Black Christ, fresh seafood, and snorkeling on nearby islands. Day 3: San Blas day trip — paradise Guna Yala islands, snorkeling with starfish, traditional lunch included.
Day 4: Transfer + Panama City
Morning: Transfer from Playa Escondida to Buenaventura (2.5 h). Stop in Panama City to visit the Miraflores Locks at the Panama Canal. Lunch: Casco Viejo — explore the historic district and lunch at one of the trendy restaurants. Afternoon: Walk the Cinta Costera or Amador Causeway — Punta Paitilla's bayfront skyline is not the same as inland Obarrio. Option: stay 1–2 nights in the city (Dovle, Bioma, soon UpTown) before continuing to the Pacific — see the neighborhood hub. Arrival: At Buenaventura by sunset if you drive through the same day. Dinner at the property.
Days 5-7: Pacific Coast (Buenaventura)
Day 5: Morning golf at Buenaventura Golf Club, relaxing afternoon at El Faro Beach Club. Day 6: El Valle de Antón day trip — artisan market, waterfalls, hot springs, and nature. Day 7: Last day: surfing at Punta Barco or final morning at the beach. Checkout and transfer to the airport (1.5 h).
